Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to love every SISI piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return

• Step 1: Log into your account and go to "Order History"
• Step 2: Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason
• Step 3: Print the prepaid return shipping label (free for orders $75+)
• Step 4: Pack items with original tags and packaging
• Step 5: Drop off at any UPS or USPS location

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are free! Simply initiate a return for the item you want to exchange, and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
• Swimwear must have the hygiene seal intact
• Accessories (jewelry, scarves) must be in original condition

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? We're so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
